Dabur, Adani Power, Marico: Adani Power, Dabur India,

, Marico, Indus Towers, ABB India, Voltas, MRF Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company, Sona BLW Precision Forgings, , DCM Shriram, Aavas Financiers, Blue Dart Express and Happiest Minds are among the companies which will announce their earnings today.

Kotak Mahindra Bank: The private sector lender reported a 65 per cent jump in its standalone profit after tax at Rs 2,767 crore in the quarter ended March 2022, helped by higher growth in net interest income and healthy asset quality. The lender had reported a standalone PAT of Rs 1,682 crore in the year-ago period.



Tata Consumer Products: The Tata Group’s consumer arm reported an over three-fold jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 239.05 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2022, helped by growth in underlying profitability and lower exceptional costs. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 74.35 crore in the January-March period a year ago.

UPL: The agro-chemicals major said it has acquired a naturally-derived fungicide, OptiCHOS, for its natural plant protection business unit. The NPP portfolio houses natural and biologically derived agricultural inputs and technologies.

Havells India: The consumer electrical goods maker reported a 16.01 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 352.48 crore for the fourth quarter ended in March 2022. The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 303.83 crore in the January-March quarter a year ago.

Adani Total Gas: The city gas distributor reported a 47.5 per cent drop in its fourth-quarter net profit after it used expensive imported LNG to meet a spurt in demand for CNG and piped cooking gas. The company posted a net profit of Rs 76 crore in January-March compared with Rs 145 crore in the year-ago period.

Tata Power: The state-run SJVN awarded the contract to build a 1,000 MW solar power project in Bikaner, Rajasthan, to Tata Power Solar Systems. This is India’s biggest solar EPC contract that has been awarded till date.

Shriram City Union Finance: The leading NBFC said it is planning to raise up to Rs 750 crore by issuing bonds on a private placement basis. The debt capital will be raised in one or more tranches on a private placement basis.

India: The lubricant maker said its profit after tax (PAT) declined by 6 per cent to Rs 229 crore for the first quarter ended March. The company had posted a PAT of Rs 244 crore in the January-March period of last year.

Equitas Small Finance Bank: The private lender reported almost flat growth in its net profit at Rs 120 crore for the quarter ended March 2022. It had posted a net profit of Rs 113 crore in the same quarter a year ago.


Cigniti Technologies:
The IT company reported an 8.3 per cent decline in consolidated profit after tax to Rs 22.6 crore in the quarter ended on March 31, 2022, compared to Rs 24.67 crore in the same period a year ago.


SIS:
The multinational and essential services market player reported a net profit of Rs 97 crore for the fourth quarter of 2021-22. The company, which is also into the cash logistics business, had a profit of Rs 102 crore in the corresponding January-March quarter of the previous financial year.

Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Co: The textile products player said its consolidated net loss has narrowed down to Rs 41.74 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2022. The company had posted a net loss of Rs 166.74 crore in the January-March period a year ago.

ABB India: The engineering services company posted over two-fold jump in its net profit to Rs 370 crore in the March quarter compared to the year-ago period mainly on the back of higher revenues. The net profit of the company was Rs 151 crore in the quarter ended on March 31, 2021.

EIH: The operator of Oberoi chain of hotels and resorts, reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 15.85 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2022. The company had posted a loss of Rs 48.83 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.

Network: The microfinance lender posted a 50 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 57 crore for the quarter ended March 2022. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 38 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago.

Hind Rectifiers: The heavy equipment manufacturer said it has bagged fresh work orders worth Rs 57.79 crore in April.
