Specially-Abled Man Sells Samosa On Wheelchair To Pursue IAS. Watch His Inspiring Journey
You would have come across many stories of street food vendors working against all odds to make ends meet. But this story is going to melt your heart. There is a specially-abled man in Nagpur who is educated and speaks English but is selling samosas in his wheelchair. But before you feel wrong about him, let us tell you that his journey needs your applause, not sympathy. He has not given up on his dreams yet and wants to pursue IAS, and that’s why he is selling samosas to support his education.

The man was spotted by food blogger Gaurav Wasan in Nagpur. He had a hearty conversation with the food vendor who is named Suraj, and posted the video on his Instagram handle ‘youtubeswadofficial’. “IAS ki padhai ke lie bechte hain samosa (He sells samosas for IAS education). Let’s help him,” says the caption of the post.

While talking to the Wasan, Suraj revealed that he had completed BSc from Nagpur University but was unable to get a good job. So he decided to sell samosas in his wheelchair to earn some money. He sells two warm samosas with fried green chillies and onion wedges in one plate for just INR 15. He works during the evening, from 3 pm to 7 pm. The man even revamped his wheelchair to look like a food shop with boards on the front and the back that say “Samosa – INR 15 per plate.”

The video won the hearts of the viewers instantly. It has been viewed more than 3 lakh times, and many people left comments of appreciation on the post. Some of them even expressed their wish to help the vendor financially. Some of the comments read:
