Synopsis
One of the most important financial ratios is return on equity and if that is combined with a lower PEG ratio, even better results come. The selected list applies different algorithms for all BSE and NSE stocks. For the purpose of this article, we have taken only BSE stocks into consideration.
While on a stand alone basis, financial ratios do give indication of financial performance of a company. However when two ratios especially the ones which cannot be easily manipulated the list which comes up throws up winners which have proven track record of wealth creation and consistent out performance.
