Share price of Shree Cements jumps as Sensex gains 200.98 points
The counter has had a total traded volume of 2859 shares so far with a value of Rs 8.64 crore on the NSE. It traded at a price-to-earnings multiple of 42.41 and a price-to-book ratio of 6.91.
A higher P/E ratio shows investors are willing to pay a higher price for per rupee earnings given by the stock because of better future growth expectations.

The scrip gained 48.72 per cent during the past one year, while the 30-share index advanced 49.22 per cent during the same period.

The company reported consolidated net sales of Rs 3775.94 crore for the quarter ended 30-Jun-2021, down 12.86 per cent from the previous quarter’s Rs 4333.37 crore and down 44.86 per cent from the year-ago quarter’s Rs 2606.58 crore.
Profit for the latest quarter stood at Rs 629.9 crore, up 91.11 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
