Share price of Adani Transmission falls as Nifty weakens

Promoters held 66.33 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Mar-2022, while FIIs held 20.57 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 0.15 per cent.

Key Financials

The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 3165.35 crore for the quarter ended 31-Mar-2022, up 2.6 per cent from previous quarter’s Rs 3085.2 crore and up 10.08 per cent from the year-ago quarter’s Rs 2875.6 crore. Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 229.59 crore, down 3.7 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
