Shah Rukh Khan holds Rajinikanth’s hand in unseen pic, wishes him on birthday: To the swaggiest, humblest star of stars

Actor Shah Rukh Khan on Monday wished veteran actor Rajinikanth on his 72nd birthday along with an unseen photo. Taking to Instagram, Shah Rukh posted a photo in which he sat next to Rajinikanth as they held hands. In the photo, clicked at the wedding ceremony of actor Nayanthara and filmmaker Vignesh Shivan, the duo smiled for the camera. They were seen sitting with several other people at the event.

For the occasion, Shah Rukh wore a white shirt under a beige jacket and navy blue pants. Rajinikanth opted for a white outfit. While Shah Rukh opted for dark sunglasses, Rajinikanth wore glasses. Sharing the post, Shah Rukh captioned the post, “To the coolest., swaggiest, humblest star of stars forever and ever….love you @rajinikanth sir. Wishing you the healthiest & happiest Birthday.”

Reacting to the post, Ira Dubey wrote, “Two legends (red heart emojis).” A fan commented, “King khan and Thalaivaa.” “Legend wish to another legend,” read a comment. “Living legends in a single pic. Wish You A Very Happy Birthday Rajni Sir From Our SRKian Family,” wrote an Instagram user. “Awww what a beautiful photo!” said another person.

As Rajinikanth turned a year older on Monday, several celebrities wished him. Actor Kamal Haasan wrote on Twitter, the translation of which read, “Happy birthday to my dear friend Superstar @rajinikanth Wish you on this auspicious day to continue your journey of success.” Actor Dulquer Salmaan said, “Happy Birthday Superstar #Rajinikanth Sir ! You are the best & keep inspiring us forever.” Actor Dhanush also tweeted, “Happy Birthday Thalaivaa.”

Rajinikanth awaits the release of his upcoming film, Jailer, in which he will play Muthuvel Pandian. He was last seen in Tamil film Annaatthe along with Keerthy Suresh, Nayanthara, Khushbhu Sundar, Meena and Jagapathi Babu. Directed by Siva, Annaatthe turned out to be a dud at the box office.

Shah Rukh Khan will be next seen in director Siddharth Anand’s next action thriller film Pathaan alongside Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. The film is all set to hit the theatres on January 25, 2023. He will also be seen in Atlee’s upcoming action thriller film Jawan and director Rajkumar Hirani’s next film Dunki opposite Taapsee Pannu.
