Satori Japanese Interior Wall Plaster Unveils New Product Format with 78 Colors to Simplify Color Specification for Designers, Architects and Applicators
Finally, an authentic imported Japanese plaster which is a practical alternative to paint for the U.S. market has arrived!
ORANGE, Calif. (PRWEB)
June 06, 2022
Shikoku International Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Shikoku Chemicals Corporation in Japan (the manufacturer) will stock and distribute Elements SAO SC throughout the United States. The designation SC stands for Select Color and will be available in 78 liquid tint packets of vibrant rich colors which are premeasured for each bag of untinted plaster.
The new Elements SAO will be stocked and shipped without color and if additives such as straw, mica and silky fibers are to be mixed with the plaster it will work with untinted SAO and the result will be a white colored plaster similar to our most popular SAO 61 pre tinted white plaster. The additives will not have color transfer since the plaster is untinted and applies and dries as white. We also have straw colored plaster which works well with straw additives and has the natural earthen look which is traditional in Japan.
There will be a new limited edition Elements brochure available shortly with 9 actual plaster samples as well as all 78 colors shown with part numbers on our website under Elements https://satoriwalls.com/ . We have individual bags of SAO SC available for sale which cover 30 sq ft as well as our tints which can be used to make samples. Applicators experienced in custom tinting may select untinted SAO SC or include one of our tints close to their desired color and modify it with their preferred tinting method and products.
We are striving to make it easier for paint stores and specialty retailers to sell our products. It became very difficult and expensive to stock 32 different pretinted plasters, so we listened to our customers and streamlined inventory at our warehouse in Southern California.
If a color is not in stock, it can be quickly and economically shipped since the tint packets are small and light in comparison to cases of plaster.
Our goal is to greatly expand color choices and customization for Satori Elements SAO plasters and provide a real alternative to paints for U.S. consumers. All Satori plasters are suitable for interior only residential and commercial applications on both walls and ceilings.
