Sangeeta Kapure is sad as her show ‘Apna Time Bhi Aayega’ is going off air

Sangeeta Kapure who is known for her role as ‘Nidhi Rajvansh’ aka ‘Nidhi Mami’ from `Ye Rishte hai Pyaar ke’ has a daily affair with her fans through the television screens. Her character in the serial is much applauded by the audience. She often lights up everyone’s mood through her adorable Instagram post. The actress is currently playing a negative character Vijaya Singh in the daily soap ‘Apna Time Bhi Aayega’. And the news of the serial going off air has broken not just the hearts of the viewers but also hers. Expressing her sadness, Sangeeta Kapure said, “I had fun working for ‘Apna Time Bhi Aayega’.” The character demanded for something that I had never done before; although playing Vijaya Singh showed me in negative light, still my fans greeted me with love and appreciation, which really gave me a boost to play my character with more confidence.”

She further added, “I had a gala time working with my co-stars, Farmaan Khan, Megha Ray. They are all very supportive. Our director Dharam Sharma, he helped me with proper Rajasthani accent and made sure I pronounced every word correctly.  I will truly miss the entire cast and crew of ‘Apna Time Bhi Aayega’.

Before ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyar Ke’ Sangeeta Kapure was seen in ‘Choti Bahu’, ‘Qubool Hai’, ‘Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil’, ‘Kalash Ek Vishwas’, ‘Sitar’, and played the lead in Marathi film ‘Sangharsh’. The actress is currently also running a cafe that she opened durind lockdown.
