Samsung set to launch a new F-Series model, the Galaxy F54: Expected specifications | Digit

Samsung is set to launch a new phone model in the Indian markets and the listings foresee the model to be Samsung Galaxy F54. The regional Indian and Bangladesh Samsung support pages disclosed the model number for the same. It was confirmed when the model was seen on BIS (Bureau of Indian Standard) and became SGS Fimko certified, alongside a recently launched model Samsung M54 indicating similarities in the specifications of the two devices.

Having said that, we can predict the charging speed and battery details from the certificate of this new F-series addition, which is a Flipkart mid-range series, however, the model will be available in the Samsung India online stores as well. Samsung recently launched a Samsung Galaxy F14 and is set to put out another budget offering model in the markets.

Apart from that, the certificate listing also hints at Galaxy F54 being a rehashed version of the M54 that was launched in the Middle East this March, which can help us derive the features of the Samsung model bearing the model number SM-E546B/DS. Hence, it is said that this model may launch in April.  

Along with, a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display, full HD+ display and a 120Hz refresh rate, the Galaxy F54 model is expected to have a 5800mAh (6000mAh radar) battery with 25W charging support for super fast charging and adaptive power saving. The phone will also consist of Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The phone is expected to have a powerful Octa Core processor supporting a 5G connection and Wi-Fi 6 network and will operate on Android 13 with One UI 5.1 layered on top.

The newest model can be expected to have an Exynos 1380 processor with 8GB of RAM and the 128GB/256GB storage options. The F-series phone is foreseen to have a triple image binding multi-lens camera set with a 108 MP primary camera, a 2MP macro lens, and an 8MP ultrawide sensor wherein, the former and latter are AI-powered dual lenses. The phone will also add a 32 MP front camera for selfies.
