• The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 starts at $999 (approx Rs 82,000) for the 256GB storage version. The 512GB option costs $1,119 (approx Rs 92,000).
• Samsung’s higher-end Galaxy Z Fold 5 is priced at $1,799 (approx Rs 1,47,000) for the 256GB variant, $1,919 (approx Rs 1,57,000) for the 512GB version, and $2,159 (approx Rs 1,77,000) for the 1TB storage option.
• Samsung will announce the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 prices in India on Thursday, July 27th.

Design and build changes

The main screen of the foldable smartphones is equipped with a shock dispersion layer and a redesigned back for a more solid display. There is an IPX rating, Armor Aluminum frames, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on both the Flex Window and back cover. There is a new Flex Hinge, which features a dual rail structure, diffusing external impacts.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5: The S Pen Fold edition has also been fine-tuned to deliver a superior writing experience and there are features and tools that together deliver powerful productivity on a large screen. The improved Taskbar enables dynamic productivity by allowing users to quickly switch between frequently used apps.
