Launched in January this year, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 comes in multiple storage options. The company launched the 4GB+64GB WiFi model at Rs 19,999. Now, after the price cut, customers can purchase the same model of the Android tablet at Rs 16,999. The device can be purchased in grey, silver and pink colour options. The price is reflected on both Samsung.com and Amazon.in.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 comes with a 10.5-inch screen with slim bezels and a 16:10 aspect ratio. The device offers an 80 per cent screen-to-body ratio and is said to offer a vivid and dynamic viewing experience.
It is equipped with quad-speakers with support for Dolby Atmos. Powered by an octa-core processor, Galaxy Tab A8 is backed by a 7040mAh battery. The tablet comes with support for up to 15W fast charging.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 comes with an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. It has a new screen recorder feature that helps one record clear, detailed videos of tutorials or lectures, or even record yourself giving a demonstration with your voice and screen.
Along with educational content and convenient parental controls, the new Samsung tablet features Samsung’s signature defence-grade security platform Knox which is said to keep all data and transactions safe. It is also equipped with face recognition for added security. Other features available on the tablet are split-screen, the ability to add a pop-up window, drag & split feature and more.
