Actor Sagarika Ghatge penned a sweet note on Instagram as she completed five years of togetherness with former cricketer Zaheer Khan. She posted a glimpse of their memories including one from their marriage and wrote, “To the best man I know, who I am lucky to call mine. Happy Anniversary Zak. Sagarika and Zaheer got married in November 2017 in a private ceremony. They hosted a joint sangeet night followed by grand reception later in Mumbai for friends. The actor keeps sharing her life updates on Instagram and some of her posts also feature her with Zaheer. Previously, Sagarika had sent out Diwali greetings with a glimpse of celebrations at their house.
Celebrating their love, friend and family members have showered them with congratualtory messages in the comment section. While actor Gulshan Devaiah wrote to them, “Congratulations and best wishes on the anniversary”, “Awwieee my absolute faves! Happiness always to you two diamonds! Happy Anniversary,” said Ashish Chowdhry. Maria Goretti added, “Awww you guys, lotsa love and happy anniversary.” Others like Krystle D’Souza and Akanksha Malhotra dropped loved-up emojis.
Sagarika Ghatge debuted in Bollywood with the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Chak De! India (2007). After the success of the film, she went on to star in several films, such as Fox, Miley Naa Miley Hum, Rush and Irada, which fetched the National-Award. She also appeared in Marathi films.
She also participated in reality show, Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi season 6. She was last seen in ALT Balaji’s web series BOSS: Baap of Special Services where she played the role of ACP Sakshi. She is yet to announce her next project.
