Rekha talks about respect in love in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin promo. Watch

Veteran actor Rekha has now stepped in for the promo of the hit TV show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. It’s a delight to see Rekha on the screen once again, years after she was seen as a guest for a very short time on Bigg Boss 15 in 2021. Who stars in the new season

Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin has undergone a generation leap with Shakti Arora, Bhavika Sharma and Sumit Singh as the new lead actors who will be part of a love triangle.

Rekha in show promo

The new promo shows Rekha looking beautiful in a green silk saree, traditional jewellery and sindoor. After moving a brush on a painting, she says, “Kisi ko sab mil gaya jo mili mohabbat mein shiddat, humein to rab mil gaya jo mile mohabbat mein izzat. Dil ki pahli zarurat hai mohabbat aur mohabbat ki pahli shart hai izzat (someone found everything in love when they found dedication in love, I found God in love which brought me respect. Love is the first requirement for a heart and respect is the first condition of love).”

Rekha reveals more about the story

As new stills of the show featuring the new characters are shown, Rekha further says, “Koi kisi ko dilo jaan se chahta hai lekin khandani izzat ki khatir usse apnana padta hai kisi aur ko. Pal bhar mein anchaha rishta farz ban jata hai aur pyaar ek karz. Dil fir tadpenge intezar mein aakhir ye ghum hain kisike pyar mein (a person is deeply in love with someone but has to accept someone else for the sake of family’s name. An unwanted relationship becomes a responsibility in a moment and love becomes a debt. Hearts will once again ache in pain as this person is lost in love with someone).”
