Redmi is all set to introduce the Redmi K60 series on December 27 in its home market of China. Now, the company has also announced the arrival of the Redmi Watch 3, Redmi Band 2, and Redmi Buds 4 Lite.
Redmi Watch 3, Band 2: What to expect
The Redmi Watch 3, successor to Redmi Watch 2, is confirmed to feature a 1.75-inch AMOLED display having 600 nits of brightness. The company says that the Redmi Watch 3 comes with a 14.8 percent larger screen compared to the last generation, and the pixel density has been increased by 1.3 percent to 341 PPI.
The Redmi Band 2 will come with a 1.47-inch display, which is said to be 76 percent larger than the original Redmi Band. The band is 9.99mm thin, and is user replaceable. From the teaser image, the Redmi Band 2 can be seen as having a curved screen.
Redmi Buds 4 Lite to come in a new design
Compared to the Redmi Buds 3 Lite, which had a cat-ear design, the Redmi Buds 4 Lite comes in half-in-ear wireless earbuds. Each earbud weighs 3.9 grams. The Redmi Buds 4 Lite will come in four colours – black, orange, white and green.
Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed rumoured to tag along
Alongside the Redmi K60 series, Redmi is expected to announce the Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed edition. The smartphone looks reminiscent of the Redmi Note 12 Pro. However, it replaces the Dimensity 1080 of Redmi Note 12 Pro with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset. Moreover, the smartphone would trade away Redmi Note 12 Pro’s 108MP main camera for the 50MP IMX766 sensor. Rumours have it that the Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed would be priced similar to the standard edition of Redmi Note 12 Pro.
