redmi: Redmi 10C tipped online before global release: Reports – Times of India
Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi is reportedly working on a device similar to Redmi 10. GSMArena reports that this new device will be called Redmi 10C and will be offered to the global markets. Redmi 10 (2022) is expected to launch in India on March 17, which is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 680 chipset. Whereas, reports suggest that Redmi 10C will feature an unknown octa-core processor paired with a PowerVR GE8320 GPU outside India.
Redmi 10C expected price and availability
As mentioned earlier, Redmi 10C is very similar to the Redmi 10 (2022) smartphone that will be released for the global market. The device is expected to be available in Europe in a single 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The phone is also expected to be available in three colours — grey, green, and blue and maybe priced around €150-200 (around Rs 12,500 – Rs 16,700).
Redmi 10C expected specifications
Reports suggest that Redmi 10C will have more or less the same specifications as Redmi 10 (2022) except for the processor. The Redmi 10 (2022) will be powered by a Snapdragon 680 processor, whereas the Redmi 10C will sport an unknown octa-core processor paired with a PowerVR GE8320 GPU outside India.
Apart from that, both smartphones are expected to feature a 6.53-inch IPS LCD screen with 720×1600 resolution, a 50 MP main rear camera with a 2 MP depth sensor nearby and a 5000mAh battery that may come with 18W charging support.
