- As per the 3C certification, it has been revealed that the Redmi Pad 2 will come equipped with an MDY-09-EK / ER charger, which has the capability to support fast charging of up to 18W.
- The MDY-09-EM charger, mentioned in the listing, can support fast charging up to 22.5W. It seems that despite the tablet being equipped with a 22.5W charger, the Redmi Pad 2 might still only support 18W charging, similar to its predecessor, the Redmi Pad.
- The global edition of the Redmi Pad 2 has a model number of 23073RPBFG, while the Chinese edition is identified by the model number 23073RPBFC, spotted by The Tech Outlook.
- The certification platforms in Singapore, Indonesia, and Europe have approved the global version. The FCC’s database revealed the presence of model number 20373RPBFL.
- The information about it can also be found in the databases of TUV Rheinland and Geekbench. The Chinese version of the device has recently been observed at 3C.
