Redmi Note 12 4G price in India is Rs 14,999 for the 6GB/64GB model and Rs 16,999 for the 6GB/128GB version. The phone will be available in Sunrise Gold, Ice Blue, and Lunar black colours. As part of a bank offer, the introductory Redmi Note 12 4G price in India for the 6GB/64GB model is Rs 13,999 and Rs 15,999 for the 6GB/128GB version.

On the other hand, the Redmi 12C will be available at Rs 8,999 for the 4GB + 64GB model and Rs 10,999 for the 6GB + 128GB version. The handset comes in Matte Black, Mint Green, Royal Blue, and Lavender Purple colours. There is an additional Rs 500 off as bank offer, bringing down the effective price to Rs 8,499 (4GB + 64GB) and Rs 10,499 (6GB + 128GB).

Both phones will be available from April 6th, 12 noon onwards, via Flipkart, Amazon, Mi website, Mi Home stores and retail outlets. Xiaomi fans get an additional Rs 500 off as loyalty bonus on both phones if they exchange their old devices.

The Redmi 12C will have a 6.71-inch HD+ display with a standard 60Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, a waterdrop notch to house the selfie snapper, and 1600×720 pixels resolution. The phone packs a large 5,000mAh battery with 10W standard charging support. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a microUSB port.

Powering the phone is the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC paired with up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage that is further expandable via a microSD card. The phone has support for up to 5GB of extendable RAM. The phone has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, and IP52 splash-resistance rating. Android 12-based MIUI 13 skin takes care of the software side of things.

As for cameras, the Redmi 12C will have dual cameras on the back, with a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary lens. There is a 5MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. The phone measures 168.76mm x 76.41mmx 8.77mm and weighs 192 grams.
