Redmi K70 series

• The International Mobile Equipment Identity Database (IMEI) Database is a worldwide database managed by the GSMA that contains basic details about the ranges of serial numbers (IMEI) for mobile devices.
• The Redmi K70 series will likely release three smartphones under the series, which are expected to be the Redmi K70, Redmi K70 Pro and Redmi K70E.
• The Redmi K70 has been spotted with the number 2311DRK48C, and the Redmi K70 Pro and Redmi K70E have the numbers 23113RKC6C and 23117RK66C, respectively.
• The model numbers that include the “2311” indicate that the product will be launched in November 2023. However, it is more probable that the Redmi K series will be launched in December, as the devices still need to undergo certification stages.
• As per Xiaomi UI, who spotted the new information, there is a possibility that the introduction could be postponed, resulting in the devices being released in January 2024.

POCO F6 series

• On the other hand, the upcoming POCO F6 series will most likely consist of POCO F6 and POCO F6 Pro.
• The report disclosed that the POCO F6 is listed with the model numbers 2311DRK48G (global) and 2311DRK48I (India). Meanwhile, the POCO F6 Pro is also listed in two different model numbers – 23113RKC6G for the global version and 23113RKC6I for the India version.
• The model numbers show that the POCO F6 series will be sold in many countries, including India. The new POCO F series is expected to be launched early next year.
• The report says that the Redmi K70 series will be rebranded as the POCO F6 series for the global and India markets. The Redmi K70 will be called POCO F6, and the Redmi K70 Pro will be called POCO F6 Pro.

• As per the report, the Redmi K70 will likely have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, while the Redmi K70 Pro is expected to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.
• All phones in this series will have a back cover made of glass or textured leather, not plastic. This design change will make it look and feel more high-quality and visually pleasing. But the frames will still be made of plastic.
• The Redmi K70 series will have better camera features. The telephoto camera will help you take close-up shots and zoom in smoothly for photos. This feature will give users more options and make taking photos even better.
• The POCO F6 series will have similar features as mentioned above. The POCO F models might have slightly smaller batteries than the ones sold in China. However, we must wait for the company to come up with official details.
