Realme C53 made its debut in India last week. The smartphone has gone on sale starting today (July 26) from 12:00 pm onwards via the Realme e-store, Flipkart and mainline channels.

Realme C53 comes at a starting price of Rs 9,999 for the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage configuration. During this sale, the 6GB RAM variant of the phone will be available for Rs 9,999 after a discount of Rs 1,000 while the 4GB RAM variant will be available for its original price of Rs 9,999. Bank offers are available on ICICI, HDFC, and SBI bank debit and credit cards, and EMI.
Realme C53: Features and specifications
Realme C53 has a 6.74-inch HD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate and a 720×1600 pixels resolution. The smartphone features a Mini Capsule, which was first introduced in Realme C55. This feature adjusts to the display, wraps around the mini-drop front camera, and shows different functions. It is similar to the Dynamic Island that comes in the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T612 chipset. There are two RAM and storage options on the smartphone, 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. The storage can be increased using a microSD card. Realme C53 comes with dual SIM support and runs Realme UI T edition based on Android 13 operating system. The smartphone is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 18W SuperVOOC charging support.
Realme C53 is claimed to be the first in the segment to feature a 108 MP primary camera in this price range. It incorporates the 3x in-sensor zoom and a range of camera modes, including 108MP Mode, Video, Night Mode, Panoramic view, Expert, Timelapse, Portrait Mode, HDR, AI Scene Recognition, Filter, and Slow Motion.
