Ranveer Singh is now Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan’s neighbour as he becomes proud owner of Rs 119 cr quadruplex

Ranveer Singh is now a proud owner of an apartment worth Rs 119 crore in Mumbai. The actor is now a neighbour of superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan and his sprawling new property is near SRK’s Mannat and Salman’s Galaxy in Bandra.

As per a report by Hindustan Times,Ranveerand his father Jugjeet Sundersingh Bhavnani have booked a sea-view luxury quadruplex apartment worth around Rs 119 crore (Rs 118.94 crore). The property has been registered under their Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP, and it is spread across the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th floors of the under-construction building called Sagar Resham.

HT reported that it is an old building being redeveloped, and Ranveer’s apartment has a total of 11,266 sq ft of carpet area and a 1,300 sq ft exclusive terrace. That’s not all. It also comes with 19 parking slots, for which Ranveer and his father have already paid stamp duty of Rs 7.13 crore for transaction.

Going by the documents provided by Indextap.com, Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP registered the agreement for the purchase of this apartment on July 8, 2022.

Ranveer, who has often expressed his admiration for Bollywood stars including Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, is now closer to these celebrities with his property being on the same stretch as theirs. Ranveer’s new luxury apartment is said to be located between superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Salman Khan’s Galaxy residence/

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ranveer will next be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani along with Alia Bhatt. Karan Johar has returned to direction with this movie that also stars Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan. Ranveer will also be reuniting with Rohit Shetty in Cirkus opposite Pooja Hegde.
