Kareena’s trainer Anshuka Parwani shared snippets from her workout session with the actor and praised her for acing stretches with ease.

Recently, Kareena Kapoor Khan’s trainer, Anshuka Parwani, dropped a new video from her yoga session. Anshuka, known for training stars like Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ananya Panday, and Rakul Preet Singh, posted a clip which shows Kareena training with a yoga wheel to give a good stretch to her body. She captioned the post, “Pouting and always powerful with the wheel. @kareenakapoorkhan, acing her stretches with such ease. Using the Yoga wheel helps to go deeper into asanas, maintain better balance and improve flexibility.” She also shared a photo of Kareena pouting while holding the yoga wheel. The video begins with Kareena bending down to create an inverted L with her body while placing her leg inside the wheel and holding it with one hand. Then, she pulls the wheel in the air and stretches her leg. Holding her leg in the air, Kareena tilts it sideways and raises her free hand to extend the whole body. Engaging the core, Kareena stands straight during the pose.

Kareena’s video garnered several likes and comments from her fans. One fan wrote, “Back to her workout.” Another commented, “Queen.” A fan remarked, “Anshuka, please never stop posting your yoga workouts with Kareena, so inspirational.”
