Poco opens sales and service centre in Mumbai, to expand offline presence in India – Times of India
Poco has announced the expansion of its after-sale service network in the country. The smartphone brand has announced the launch of its second centre in the financial capital of India, Mumbai. Poco aims to offer buyers hands-on experience of its portfolio ranging from F, X, M, and C-series. The company claimed that the service centre has all hygiene measures such as temperature checks and hand sanitisation in place.
Apart from this, the company has also announced the sales and service offers as a part of the launch. For the first 7 days, consumers can avail a flat 15% discount on spare parts. Additionally, free software updates will also be available. This will help customers resolve their product service issues from the comfort of their homes. Further, the brand will also provide home delivery for all its products.
Along with this, the company is also planning to expand its offline presence in the Indian market.
