POCO F4 5G price tipped before launch, more specifications confirmed

POCO F4 is confirmed to come with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage that could be further expandable. POCO claims these will offer impressive speeds and the best in the segment.

The POCO F4 global price has been leaked by an authorised Xiaomi Retailer (via Rootmygalaxy.net). The poster reveals the POCO F4 might come in a single variant globally and it will be priced at $459 (approx Rs 35,000).

As for the India price, it is tipped to cost Rs 26,999 and with bank offers, it is said to go as low as Rs 23,999. If the said price is indeed true, it should be the cheapest Snapdragon 870-powered phone in the segment.

POCO F4 could sport a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, a punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper and flat edges. The company had already confirmed it would be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset and it will be paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The phone will likely boot Android 12 based on MIUI 13 custom skin out of the box.

The POCO F4 will have a 4,500mAh battery and a 67W fast charging support. It will be equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, an Infrared sensor, Dolby Atmos, dual speakers, and USB Type-C audio. It is said to measure 163.2 x 75.95 x 7.7mm and weighs 195 grams. Connectivity features could include 5G SA/NSA, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and USB Type-C.

The POCO F4 packs triple cameras on the back, with a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP 119-degree ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro camera. The phone could have a 20MP selfie shooter on the front for selfies and video chats.
