Parineeti Chopra’s house gets decked up with lights ahead of engagement with Raghav Chadha

Actor Parineeti Chopra and AAP leader Raghav Chadha are all set for their intimate engagement ceremony. Ahead of the day, visuals from actor’s house in Mumbai have reached on social media. While Parineeti or her family members were not seen, her house was adorned with lights. Their engagement is going to be a traditional ceremony to be held at Kapurthala House, Connaught Place in Delhi on May 13. It will take place in the evening.

Parineeti and Raghav are slated to wear colour-coordinated outfits for their engagement day. While Raghav has opted for a minimalist achkan designed by his maternal uncle, fashion designer Pawan Sachdeva, the Ishaqzaade actor will wear a subtle Indian outfit from Manish Malhotra. Parineeti was snapped several times at the designer’s house which further sparked rumoured of her wedding with Raghav.

The two are occasionally spotted together on dinner outings. They are also seen at airport. Parineeti also flies out of the city quite frequently. On Tuesday, Parineeti and Raghav were spotted exiting the Delhi airport together when the paparazzi asked them about their wedding.

Reacting to the questions from media and photographers, Parineeti was seen blushing. Raghav who also did not comment, smiled as the photographers who asked him if he will invite them to the wedding.

Meanwhile, reports also claim that Parineeti and Raghav’s engagement is going to be an intimate affair. The guest list for the function is a very tight one. It’s likely to feature the who’s who of the country. While the ceremony is set to take place in Delhi, it’s not known if the rumoured couple will host a party for their friends in Mumbai.

Parineeti made her debut with Ladies vs. Ricky Bahl in 2011. She was last seen in filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya’s Uunchai, which also featured Amitabh Bachchan, Boman Irani, Anupam Kher, Danny Denzongpa, Neena Gupta and Sarika. Parineeti has films like Chamkila and Capsule Gill lined up for release this year. Raghav, on the other hand, is a Member of Parliament.
