Oppo A97 5G with dual rear camera, 5000 mAh battery launched – Times of India

Oppo A97 5G is now official. Oppo has added a smartphone to its A-series with the launch of Oppo A97 5G in China. The smartphone sports a dual rear camera setup and is powered by a MediaTek processor. The smartphone comes with virtual RAM support and houses a 5000 mAh battery.
Oppo A97 5G comes with a price tag of 1,999 yuan (Rs 23,600). The smartphone comes in two colour options — Deep Sea Blue and Quite Night Black. The smartphone will be available in China starting July 15.

Oppo A97 5G comes with a 6.66-inch full HD display 1080×2020 pixel resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone display also comes with an AI-powered smart eye protection feature. The smartphone runs Android 12 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of ColorOS 12.
The mid-range smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset paired with 12GB of RAM. Oppo A97 5G also offers virtual RAM support of up to 19GB. The dual SIM smartphone packs 256GB of RAM.
The smartphone sports a dual rear camera setup with 48MP main sensor and a secondary camera. Front is home to a 12MP selfie shooter.
Oppo A97 5G comes equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. The smartphone sports dual stereo speakers and Dirac technology.
