OnePlus set to launch new affordable OnePlus 50 Y1s Pro smart TV: Likely specs and price – Times of India

NEW DELHI: OnePlus is all set to expand its affordable smart TV lineup in India. The company has confirmed the launch of its upcoming ‘Y’ series TV – OnePlus 50 Y1s Pro in the country. The Chinese smartphone maker has started teasing the new smart TV online on its official website and on Amazon. OnePlus offers its TV range under three series – Y, U and Q. The Y series is affordable, U is mid-range and the Q series is high-end.
OnePlus 50 Y1s Pro smart TV likely specs
In terms of design, the yet-to-launch OnePlus 50 Y1s Pro smart tv looks similar to the earlier launched 43-inch version. The smart TV is confirmed to come with a 4K resolution screen with 10-bit colour depth. The smart TV is also confirmed to come with MEMC technology and HDR10 decoding and pack 24W speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
The OnePlus 50 Y1s Pro will also offer multiple connectivity options which will enable the TV to connect to other OnePlus devices. This will enable the OnePlus Watch users to adjust the volume of the TV using the wearable.
Along with the above-mentioned features, the upcoming OnePlus Smart TV will come with Sleep Detection functionality, this means that the TV will automatically go to sleep when you do. Like the other OnePlus devices, the upcoming smart TV will also be available online on Amazon India website. The smart TV is also said to pack 8GB of internal storage.
The company is expected to launch the OnePlus 50-inch Y1s Pro smart TV in India on June 27 along with the OnePlus Nord 2T 5G smartphone.
Likely price
Though there is no confirmation from the company, going by the Y-series range, the TV is like to be priced under Rs 25,000.
