OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite to sport 108MP camera – Times of India

OnePlus is all set to launch its affordable Nord series smartphone in India. The Chinese smartphone maker has confirmed that it will launch the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite smartphone next week in the country. Along with the smartphone, OnePlus will also launch the new OnePlus Nord Buds 2. As the company has revealed, the smartphone and the earbuds will be announced at the “Larger than life – A OnePlus Nord launch event” which will be held on April 4 at 7 PM IST. Ahead of the launch, OnePlus has now revealed some camera details of the yet-to-launch OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite.
OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite camera details
The upcoming OnePlus Nord CE Lite will sport a dual rear camera placed on the left corner of the rear panel. The company has confirmed that the smartphone will sport a 108MP main camera. Along with this, the smartphone camera will also offer 3x lossless zoom. “The camera on OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite will snap clearer, more colourful photos with greater
detail, even for tricky close-up shots”, mentions the company.
OnePlus has also revealed that the upcoming Nord series smartphone will be available in two colour options — Pastel Lime and Chromatic Gray.

OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G: Leaked specs
As per the tipped spec sheet, the upcoming smartphone is expected to sport a plastic body and 6.7-inch, Full HD+ LCD panel which will support a 120Hz refresh rate. Just like its predecessor, the Nord CE 3 Lite 5G is also rumoured to come powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G chipset which will be backed by 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage (expandable via microSD card).
For optics, the smartphone is rumoured to house a triple rear camera setup which will include a 108MP main camera, along with two 2MP units (expected to be a depth sensor and a macro cam). The smartphone is also likely to feature a 16MP front shooter for selfies and video calls.
The smartphone is also said to pack a 5000mAh battery that will support 67W fast charging. For connectivity, the Nord CE 3 Lite will feature — Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi, NFC and dual SIM support. The phone is also expected to boot Android 13 out of the box.
