OnePlus Nord 2T 5G with 80W fast charging support, MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset launched: Price, features and more – Times of India

Nord 2T, which is the successor to the OnePlus Nord, operates on OxygenOS 12.1 based on Android 12.

NEW DELHI: OnePlus Nord 2T 5G is here. After numerous leaks and rumours, OnePlus finally launched its latest Nord series smartphone — OnePlus Nord 2T 5G in India. The successor of last year’s launched OnePlus 2 5G, the smartphone is powered by a MediaTek processor and sports a triple rear camera. The smartphone is backed by a 4500 mAh battery and runs the Android 12 operating system.
Price and availability
OnePlus Nord 2T 5G comes in two variants — 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB priced at Rs 28,999 and Rs 33,999 respectively. The smartphone can be purchased in Gray shadow and Jade Fog colour options. OnePlus Nord 2T will be available online on Amazon.inOnePlus.in, the OnePlus Store app, OnePlus Experience Stores, and select retail stores in the country starting July 5.
As part of the launch offers, the customers can avail of an instant discount of Rs 1,500 on ICICI Bank credit and debit cards. This instant bank discount will be available between July 5 to July 11. Along with this, the ICICI Bank cardholders can also avail of the no-cost EMI on the purchase of the OnePlus Nord 2T. The customers who will purchase the OnePlus Nord 2T 5G via the OnePlus website and the OnePlus Store app will receive an additional Rs 3,000 exchange discount between July 5 to July 14. The Chinese smartphone maker has also announced that the first 1,000 shoppers on the OnePlus Store app will also get a OnePlus Nord Handy Fanny Pack with the smartphone.
The OnePlus Nord 2T 5G buyers can also get a Red Cable Care plan at Rs 749, when they purchase the smartphone from OnePlus.in and the OnePlus Store app. The Red Cable Care plan offers 12 months of extended warranty, 120GB of cloud storage and a dedicated customer helpline.
OnePlus Nord 2T 5G specifications
OnePlus Nord 2T 5G runs Android 12 operating system topped with OxygenOS 12.1. The mid-range smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1300 processor coupled with up to 12GB of RAM.
OnePlus Nord 2T 5G packs up to 256GB internal storage and features a 6.43-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The smartphone offers a 90Hz refresh rate and 20:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone display is made scratch-resistant with a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top.
OnePlus Nord 2T 5G features a triple rear camera setup which comprises a 50MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP mono camera with f/2.4 aperture. The front is home to a 32MP selfie shooter with an f/2.4 aperture.
The smartphone comes with stereo speakers and is backed by a 4500mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC fast charging support.
