OnePlus Ace 2 Pro to feature world’s first aerospace-grade 3D cooling system

OnePlus Ace 2 Pro with Tiangong cooling system

OnePlus is calling this the ‘Tiangong cooling system’, and it’s said to be the most powerful VC (vapour chamber) aerospace-level space cooling system. This also brings 3D cooling to the smartphone, the company shared on Weibo (via FoneArena). The heat dissipation structure in the Ace 2 Pro imitates that of a space rocket engine nozzle. It’s also claimed to be the most powerful VC (vapour chamber) cooling system in the industry covering an area of 9140mm².

OnePlus demonstrated the usage of this cooling system by playing Genshin Impact in high graphics settings. In two time intervals of one minute and 3 minutes, it proved to be 8.5 and 12.8 degree Celsius cooler than its competitors, respectively. The Tiangong cooling system is also designed to adapt to regular usage, according to the company.

This further points out the speculation that the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro will most likely come with flagship-level specifications. Its 3C certification also suggests the phone will support 150W fast charging. As for the rest of its specifications, here’s what we know so far.
