• Chipset: Both phones in the Xiaomi 14 series will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
• Rear camera: The Xiaomi 14 will have a primary 50MP OV50H camera, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 50MP telephoto sensor. On the other hand, the Xiaomi 14 Pro is anticipated to feature a 50.3MP 1-inch-type Sony IMX989 sensor.

In terms of performance, the main CPU core of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 runs at a peak speed of 3.3 GHz, which is 30 percent more powerful than its predecessor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, and it’s also 20 percent more energy-efficient.
