OnePlus 10 Pro receives OxygenOS 13 Stable Build, OnePlus 9 series gets Open Beta
OnePlus has started rolling out the OxygenOS 13 stable update for the OnePlus 10 Pro users globally. Alongside this, the company has also announced OxygenOS 13 Open Beta updates for the OnePlus 9 and the OnePlus 9 Pro. OnePlus made this formal announcement through a community post on the OnePlus forum detailing all the changes this update brings to the users. These updates also are based on Android 13 making OnePlus one of the first ones to ship stable Android 13 to the public.
OnePlus 10 Pro OxygenOS 13 update is rolling out in batches with firmware version NE2211_11_C.19 in India, NE2213_11_C.19 in Europe, and NE2215_11_C.19 in North America. The update will reach out to a wider audience in the coming days or weeks.

OnePlus 9 Series Open Beta
OnePlus unveiled the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro OxygenOS 13 Closed Beta programme a few months ago. Testing of OxygenOS 13 CBT for both devices appears to have been finished and Users in India and North America can now install the Android 13 Open Beta update on their OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro devices.
The update zip file for both the devices and respective regions can be found at this link. OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro users can install the update by following these steps Settings -> About device -> Version -> Click Build number 7 times. After this, users need to head over to Settings -> About device -> Up to date -> Click the top right button -> Local install -> Click on the corresponding installation package -> Extract -> Upgrade.
