It seems celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar has the perfect answer for all our querries.
In a recent IGTV video on Instagram, Rujuta shared the probable reasons for sugar cravings and how one can control it. According to her, dehydration, bloating and poor sleep often leads untimely hunger pangs that further results in excessive sugar cravings. Hence, it is much important to add healthy and nutritious foods to our diet to prevent the above issues. She further suggested inclusion of “homemade pickles or murabba” and at least “one millet twice a week” in our regular diet regime. She also suggested bringing diversity in the dals we add to our diet.
