Multiple Chronic Conditions Resource Center has collaborated with the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing on the Making a Difference Conference

We are very excited about this collaborative interdisciplinary conference that brings together thought leaders from health policy and clinical practice to discuss the care needs of America’s largest patient population – those living with pain and multiple chronic conditions, says Dr. Kuebler.

This interdisciplinary conference offers over 10 continuing education credits for medicine, nursing, physician assistant, physical therapist, pharmacist, chiropractor, social worker, and attorney.

This conference brings health policy and clinical practice thought leaders together to discuss the largest American patient populations: Those with pain and multiple chronic conditions.
