The chicken is typically cooked in a pool of onion-tomato gravy base along with loads of curd and coriander seeds. To begin with the recipe, Heat ghee/oil in a handi on medium heat. Then add the onions and fry till it turns lovely golden brown. Then add in the ginger garlic paste and fry for a few mins or until the raw smell disappears. Add in tomatoes, chillies and continue frying it.
