It is believed that Motorola is working on launching a new mid-range Moto G-series device, known as the Motorola Moto G13. The brand has not revealed any details about the upcoming smartphone, however, it has been seen on the Indian BIS certification website, along with a few other certification sites. This indicates that the launch may happen quite soon. Based on the certification listings, the upcoming Motorola Moto G13 will be a 4G device.

What certifications does the Motorola Moto G13 have?

The Motorola Moto G13 was stopped by tipster Mukul Sharma, who has revealed that the smartphone has received the Indian BIS certification along with the Thai NBTC certification. The BIS listing indicates that the smartphone will soon launch in India, while the NBTC listing has been critical in confirming the device’s actual name.

It is believed that the price of this smartphone will fall under ₹15,000 as it will be a 4G handset. Being a mid-range smartphone, it may offer a decent smattering of good and ‘okayish’ specifications.

Motorola Moto G13 specifications (rumoured)

The Motorola Moto G13 may just offer a 90Hz AMOLED display in order to make up for the fact that it will not be 5G enabled. This smartphone might come with a Snapdragon 732G chipset or the MediaTek Helio G99 processor. The former seems more likely as Redmi is also currently gearing up to launch its new Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G which will have the same processor.

The  Motorola Moto G13 may come with a 5,000 mAh battery capacity, with fast charging support (33W would be ideal). It will run on Android 13.

As of now, there is no information regarding the actual launch of the product, but with the BIS certification listing already up, it is bound to happen soon.
