Moto X30 Pro to feature 125W fast charging
Lenovo China’s General Manager for the mobile phone division, Chen Jin, has confirmed that the Moto X30 Pro will come with support for 125W fast charging, thereby making it the fastest charging Motorola smartphone till date. For those unaware, the Moto X30 ships with 68W fast charging support, so it is indeed a significant jump by Motorola. Chen took to the Chinese microblogging platform Weibo to showcase the 125W fast charger. The Moto X30 Pro is also expected to support wireless charging.
Specifications (expected)
Coming to the specifications of the device, the Moto X30 Pro is expected to feature a 6.73-inch pOLED panel with a centrally-aligned punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera and a 144Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device will be powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, which will likely be paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS3.1 storage.
As for the cameras, the Moto X30 Pro is expected to flaunt a 200MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, a 12MP telephoto camera, and a 60MP front camera. It is touted to be the first 200MP camera phone in the world. Coming to the battery of the device, the Moto X30 Pro will likely make room for a 4,500mAh battery with support for 125W fast charging over a USB Type-C charging port. Lastly, the Moto X30 Pro will boot Android 12-based MyUI 4.0 out of the box.
