Moto G62 price, specifications and renders leaked online; launch imminent

Moto G62 comes with a centre-positioned punch-hole for the selfie snapper and slim bezels. The volume rocker and power button are present on the right edge. It has a rectangular module to house triple camera sensors and an LED flash. The edges are slightly curved and there’s the iconic Moto dimple. The phone appears to have a glass back panel but it could be polycarbonate. The G62 can be seen in Grey and Green colour options.

The Moto G62 5G, according to the listing, is priced at AU$ 339 (approx Rs 19,100) and comes in Frosted Blue and Midnight Grey colours. It remains to be seen whether this will be the official price or not.

As per the listing, the Moto G62 is said to sport a 6.52-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole cutout. It is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 480+ processor, similar to the Moto G51 and will enable 5G network support. The chipset will be aided by 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB internal storage that is further expandable up to 1TB. It runs on Android 12 out of the box.

The phone will be equipped with an IP52 rating, Dolby Atmos, stereo speakers, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. It is said to measure 161.83 x 73.96 x 8.59mm and weigh 184 grams. A 5000mAh battery with 30W fast charging support will take care of the battery needs.

Moving to optics, the Moto G62 will have triple cameras on the back, with a 50MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle / depth camera with f/2.2 aperture,  and a 2MP macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. There is a 16MP snapper on the front with an f/2.45 aperture for selfies and video chats.
