Moto G53 5G live image, retail box contents leaked: launch, specifications
The Motorola Moto G53 carries the same design language as the China model that debuted recently. However, the internal hardware will be changed on the global model. Check out the design.
Moto G53 design
Moto G53 has a candy bar design. There is a rectangular module on the back that houses dual camera sensors and an LED flash. The phone can be seen in Ink Blue colour but there could be other options at launch.
The retail box will include a charging adapter, a USB Type-C cable, a SIM ejector tool and the phone. We can also see the manual booklet. The plastic cover on the phone shows the device will be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 5G chipset and a 120Hz display as well. The box further reveals the model number “XT2335-2”, 4GB RAM and 128GB of storage. The box confirms the Moto G53 is made in China.
Moto G53 specifications (expected)
The Moto G53 5G is tipped to come with a 6.53-inch HD+ IPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1600 x 720 pixels resolution, and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper. The global model is said to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480+ SoC paired with Adreno GPU, 4GB RAM, and 128GB storage. The handset is likely to boot Android 13 out of the box.
The Moto G53 5G is said to ship with dual cameras on the back, including a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP macro unit. The phone is tipped to get an 8MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.
Connectivity features include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data sync. The phone measures 162.7 x 74.66 x 8.19mm and weighs 180 grams. The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery and 18W fast charging support.
