Moto G32: expected specifications

According to rumours, the Moto G32 smartphone is likely to be powered by the Unisoc T606 SoC, while RAM and storage variants have not been detailed yet. The smartphone has been teased via Twitter and through multiple leaks, and its design appears to showcase a triple rear camera setup. This will seemingly feature a 50MP primary rear camera, along with two 2MP rear cameras as well. To be sure, the smartphone has already launched in Europe, but with the Snapdragon 680 4G SoC — and the India variant may differ.

According to the rumour mill, the Moto G32 will skip an ultrawide rear camera unit. The front camera resolution has not been detailed yet, but the leaked renders show that the smartphone will get a drill hole slot for the selfie camera — and not a waterdrop notch. All of this will be powered by an Android 12-based custom interface by Motorola that is close to a stock Android experience — a Moto signature. The device could also get a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging in tow.

The smartphone’s price has not been detailed yet, but based on specifications, it could be speculated that the smartphone will be a budget segment one. The SoC in use on the Moto G32 is comparable to MediaTek’s Helio G35 SoC, which is a budget segment SoC, too.

On the other side of things, Motorola is expected to launch two of its flagship smartphones later this month, including the Moto Edge X30 Pro flagship smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 SoC, and the new generation Moto Razr 2022. More details about the smartphone should be unveiled today itself, at the company’s hardware event in China.
