Moto G31 specifications
The Moto G31 sports a 6.4-inch FHD+ OLED MaxVision display with a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout. The display will offer brightness of up to 700 nits and pixel density of 409ppi, with the company also promoting its vibrant colours and contrast on Flipkart.
The Moto G31 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 with Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU, with the backing of 4GB RAM. There’s 64GB storage onboard that is further expandable via a microSD card. There will also be a 6GB + 128GB variant for sale in India. It runs on Android 11 OS out of the box, with ad-free and bloat-free UI. The smartphone packs a 5,000mAh battery with 10W fast charging support, with the company claiming “36-hours of non-stop entertainment.”
The India variant seems to come with quad-function cameras on the back, as opposed to triple camera lenses on the global model. The primary camera will have a 50MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture, while the 8MP lens will do duty for both ultra-wide and portrait photos. Then there will be a dedicated lens for macro shots. The camera setup will be flanked by a LED flash. There should be a 13MP selfie sensor in the front.
Connectivity features include 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, GLONASS, NFC, and USB Type-C charging. There is a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, a dedicated Google Assistant button, and a 3.5mm audio jack on the phone. A water-repellent design will also be part of the package. The phone will also come with ThinkShield for Mobile enterprise-grade security suite to protect the phone from malware, phishing, etc.
