The internet has made our life much easier with all kinds of information available at a click. But we might not have noticed how it stimulates our psychological and emotional behaviour as well. There are reams of inspiring stories of unstoppable people who pull all the stops to achieve their goals. These stories inspire and motivate us to work hard to realise our dreams. We spotted another such stirring story on our feed today – of a man who stayed resilient in the face of adversity.

Ganesh Murugan is a 37-year-old man from Chennai who delivers food to people in a wheelchair. Around six years ago, he suffered a severe spinal cord injury after being hit by a truck, which left him partially paralysed. Unperturbed by the mishap, he managed to stay on the job by taking to a motorised wheelchair for his deliveries.

Dipanshu Kabra also revealed that the motorised 2-in-1 wheelchair was designed by a start-up from IIT Madras. The wheelchair has a push button that lets it disassemble and the rear part can be used as a basic wheelchair. This helps Ganesh access high-rise buildings and other places where riding can be difficult.
