Going by his video, Saransh Goila, first, took the five green leafy vegetables and cleaned them. Later, he pressure-cooked the leaves with chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies, and water. Once done, the chef mashed the leaves altogether. He added some makai ka atta to it, along with salt. Cooked well for ten minutes. In a separate handi, Saransh heated some ghee along with jeera, chopped ginger, garlic, onions, tomatoes, coriander powder and salt. After sauteing the onions and tomatoes, he added the saag into it and mixed everything perfectly. While it was cooking, Saransh quickly prepared a tadka using ghee, hing, and red chillies and poured it over the saag. You can follow the same process and prepare sarson ka saag for yourself.
