Mac: Apple’s iWork apps get new features on iPhone, Mac – Times of India

Just like Google and Microsoft, Apple too has its own productivity suite of apps. These apps are Pages (like Docs and Word), Numbers (like Sheets and Excel), and Keynote (like PowerPoint and Slides). All the iWork apps are extremely useful if you have a Mac or an iPhone or iPad. Being in the Apple ecosystem, the apps offer seamless integration, which means that if you have left a document incomplete on a Mac, you have the option to resume it on iPhone or iPad.
Apple has recently rolled out a slew of new features to Pages, Numbers and Keynote. For Pages, one of the key features is the ability to export documents as image files.

New features coming to Pages

  • Start writing in Notes, then open your note in Pages to continue editing with powerful design and layout features
  • Create business reports, school papers, and greeting cards with updated templates
  • Add scalable vector graphics (SVGs) to your documents and preserve visual quality at any size
  • Break apart imported SVG images and save them to your shapes library for future use
  • Retain SVG images when exporting books into EPUB format, including book cover art
  • Show subtotal summary labels in stacked bar, column, and area charts
  • Export the pages of your document as image files

New features coming to Numbers

  • Show subtotal summary labels in stacked bar, column, and area charts
  • Add scalable vector graphics (SVGs) to your documents and preserve visual quality at any size
  • Break apart imported SVG images and save them to your shapes library for future use
