Lenovo Unveils 2023 Legion Slim Gaming Laptops with Sleek Design and Nvidia RTX40 Series GPU in India – Smartprix Bytes

Lenovo has recently unveiled its 2023 lineup of Legion Slim series laptops, specifically designed for gamers and creators. These laptops are powered by AMD’s latest RyzenTM 7000 series mobile CPUs, Intel 13th Gen mobile processors, and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series GPUs. The lineup includes the Legion Slim 7i, Legion Slim 7, Legion Slim 5i, and Legion Slim 5.

The Legion Slim series caters to the needs of gamers who desire a laptop capable of running AAA games smoothly while also being versatile enough to handle tasks like streaming, content creation, and corporate computing. This adaptability makes the series equally appealing to the creators’ community.

The Legion Slim laptops inherits the renowned sleek and compact design of the Legion series. Both the Slim 7 and 7i have a maximum thickness of 19mm, while the Slim 5 and 5i are just 19.9mm thick. All four laptops feature an all-metal construction, a protective frame, and vents inspired by the infinite symbol. Lenovo proudly claims them to be the “World’s most portable 16-inch AI-tuned gaming laptops” as part of their 2023 Slim series.

Each device in the lineup comes with a 16-inch anti-glare IPS display, offering a maximum brightness of 500 nits. The panels are Lenovo PureSight certified and cover the full 100% DCI-P3 color range. The laptops are equipped with the Lenovo Legion TrueStrike keyboard, which features 4-zone RGB lighting and customizable WASD keycaps. In terms of battery capacity, the Legion Slim 7 and 7i boast a 99.9Wh Super Rapid Charge battery, while the Slim 5 and 5i are equipped with an 80Wh Super Rapid Charge battery.

Price and Availability

Customers have the option to choose between a 13th Gen Intel chipset or an AMD Ryzen 7000 series chipset for their device. Processors such as AMD’s Ryzen 9 7940HS or Intel’s Core i9-13900H CPU can be paired with powerful graphics cards like the NVIDIA RTX 4070 GPU. The laptops also offer up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM.
