A report by TheTechOutlook reveals our first look at what could be Realme’s upcoming Buds Air 5 Pro TWS earbuds. The publication claims that an insider has confirmed the naming and design of the earbuds. In fact, the report goes on to say the Buds Air 5 Pro are in testing and set to go to the production line really soon. From the looks of it, the design is same as its predecessor, with the same capsule-shaped charging case with a charging light at the front.
The reason behind Realme skipping the Buds Air 4 Pro could be the same as other Chinese brands who usually skip the “4” moniker in their phones and accessories. This is because in Chinese culture, the number 4 is considered inauspicious. This was seen earlier when Realme skipped the Realme 4 series of smartphones to go right to the next number after the Realme 3.
The biggest focus for Realme right now is the launch of the Narzo N55, which is set for an April 12 launch in India. The brand has teased a lot of details of this upcoming smartphone, including a punch-hole camera design with a Mini capsule and a dual-tone back panel with dual cameras.
In fact, Realme has been up to a lot of stuff already in 2023, as it just unveiled the C55 smartphone, which is a budget smartphone with specifications including 33W SuperVOOC charging, 64MP AI camera, up to 16GB Dynamic RAM, a 5,000mAh battery, and a thickness of just 7.89mm.
