Karisma Kapoor recalls when she ‘literally carried my house with me’ in throwback pic. See here

Actor Karisma Kapoor on Thursday took a trip down memory lane and shared her childhood picture. Taking to Instagram, Karisma dropped the candid photo in which she is smiling at something away from the camera.

Karisma Kapoor wore a white shirt with a dark coloured dress over it and matched it with white socks and shoes. She wore her hair short and sat on a couch, strewn with cushions, holding a house-shaped bag. She captioned the post, “Flashback to the time before tote bags.. when i literally carried my house with me #throwbackthursday Thanks @priyaaswani7 for sharing this memory.”

Reacting to the post, Amrita Arora wrote, “soooo cute” and actor Saif Ali Khan’s sister Saba Ali Khan said, “ADORABLE!” Her cousin Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives star Maheep Kapoor and actor Malaika Arora dropped red heart and heart-eye emojis.

Fans also showered her post with love and complimented her. A few fans wrote “adorable munchkin”, “lovely cutie”, “chhota bomb” and “beautiful girl” taking to the comments section.

Recently, Karisma Kapoor celebrated 30 years in the Hindi film industry. Karisma hit the milestone on June 21, which was the release date of her debut feature Prem Qaidi. She took to her Instagram handle and shared a video montage of her popular hits from the 1990s.

The video featured a mash-up of Karisma’s popular songs from some of her hit movies such as Hero No 1, Coolie No 1, Dil Toh Pagal Hai, Zubeidaa, Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge, Hum Saath-Saath Hain, Raja Babu and Andaz Apna Apna, among others. In the caption, she wrote, “Replaying the memories with a dose of the 90’s #thirtyyearsofgratitude #90sjam.”

Karisma was last seen on screen in the ALTBalaji and ZEE5 web series Mentalhood, which released last year. It also marked her digital debut. After a successful career of nearly 13 years, Karisma took a sabbatical from acting in 2004, a year after she married industrialist Sunjay Kapur. A decade later, the couple filed for divorce. They share daughter Samaira (16) and son Kiaan (11).
