IPhone 15: These are the two new colours that may come with iPhone 15 – Times of India

The new generation of iPhones is always one of the most — if not the most — anticipated launches of the year. We are now edging closer to the launch of the iPhone 15 series and rumours about the devices have started to gain steam. The latest rumour is about the colour variants of the iPhone 15.

Adding shades of red and green

According to a report by 9to5Mac, which cites information from a Weibo account, the iPhone 15 Pro could come in a crimson shade. It is the same Weibo account that had correctly reported the deep purple colour for the iPhone 14 Pro models. As per the rumour, Apple could bring the crimson shade for the iPhone 15 Pro models. The shade is rumoured to be very deep but little lighter than the deep purple colour.
As for the iPhone 15 non-Pro models, it is rumoured that an all-new green shade will be added. Green colour variants did come with the iPhone 12 and iPhone 11 as well. The rumour suggests that the green for the iPhone 15 will be closer to the one Apple offered with iPhone 11 and 12.
As we get closer to the launch of the iPhone 15, which should be sometime in September, there will be more rumours flying thick and fast from all corners of the internet. So far, there have been rumours that have suggested all iPhones will have 48MP cameras, how Apple could use two variants of the A17 Bionic processor, and how the iPhone 15 could look ‘similar’ to the iPhone 15 Pro.
Earlier rumours had suggested how Apple could use solid-state buttons but they have died down. One big change that may come with the iPhone 15 series is that it could feature a Type-C port for charging and not a lightning port.
