If Ming-Chi Kuo words are to be believed, the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro will come with 6GB RAM. Taiwanese research firm TrendForce also revealed that iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro will be backed by 6GB RAM.
In terms of battery, the brand is expected to offer a slightly larger battery on some of the models. The iPhone 14 is rumoured to get a 3279mAh battery (larger than iPhone 13’s 3227mAh), while the iPhone 14 Pro is said to be powered by a 3200mAh battery (iPhone 13 Pro had 3095mAh).
The new entrant in the series, iPhone 14 Max might have a 4325mAh battery while iPhone 14 Pro Max will have a 4323mAh battery. All 4 iPhone 14 models might come with 20W fast charging capability.

Apple is expected to launch iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max with ProMotion displays. The line-up will include with 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch ProMotion OLED panels. The displays will support a 120Hz refresh rate and will be flat.
