Insulin Icodec Bests Degludec; FDA’s T2D Device Guidance; Farxiga Cuts HF Risks

After 26 weeks of treatment, once-weekly insulin icodec yielded an estimated 0.22% superior reduction in estimated HbA1c compared with insulin degludec in people with type 2 diabetes, according to Novo Nordisk’s phase IIIa ONWARDS 2 trial.
