Indian Cricket Team’s Lunch Menu Surfaces Online, Twitter Reacts

The Indian Cricket Team is currently in South Africa playing a three-part Test Series. The first part of the series is ongoing from 26th to 30th December, 2021 at the Centurion’s SuperSport Park. On Day 2, 27th December the match was unable to proceed due to rains at the venue. However, the Indian cricketers still had plenty to look forward to in terms of food. A picture of their delicious lunch menu has surfaced on Twitter, and cricket fans were pleasantly surprised to see many of their favourite dishes featuring on it. Take a look at the image here:

The picture was shared on Twitter by user @mufaddal_vohra, where it received 4k likes and hundreds of comments as well. “Day 2 Lunch menu for team India,” read the caption to the post. The partially visible menu for the Indian cricket team was written on a blackboard with white chalk. The meal started with some healthy Broccoli soup, followed by the South-style specialty Chicken Chettinad. There were also dishes like Yellow Dal, Vegetable Kadhai and Paneer Tikka. There also seemed to be a continental selection of Lamb Chops and pepper sauce and a Quinoa-based dish.

The lavish spread for the Indian cricket team indeed got Twitter users’ mouths watering. Several commented on the delicious menu for the India vs South Africa test series. A few wanted to know more details about the food served at the match, including what was for dessert. Others said that the menu looked like a yummy feast to savour during a Test match washed out by rain. Take a look:
